Manitoba Court of Appeal.
Craig is becoming widely recognized for his expertise in the mediation field and a considerable portion of his current practice includes negotiation, mediation, facilitation, dispute resolution training and designing
for various organizations. He has mediated
over 100 cases in many different disciplines involving fee disputes, personal injury, relationship building for managers, victim/offender, community based investment and commercial disputes. He was selected as a mediator for the Federal Government of Canada in April of 1997 and continues to resolve commercial disputes. Some of Craig’s involvement also includes
training
for the Department of National defense, Provincial Court Judges, The Law Society of Manitoba, Continuing Legal Education Law Society of British Columbia, Farm Debt Mediation Service, the Manitoba Farm Mediation Board, Manitoba Labour, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and other private organizations. He has presented for numerous organizations in the topic of Dispute Resolution. Craig has served as a Sessional Lecturer in negotiation and other conflict resolution processes at the University of Manitoba Law School. Through his efforts, Resolutions has successfully marketed, designed, evaluated and resolved numerous organizational and private disputes.
