  • Interest-based conflict management system design;
  • Obtain input from stakeholders to receive all important “buy-in”;
  • Similar to interest-based resolution, one could expect greater stakeholder acceptance when they have
        actual participation in system design;
  • 4 Step Dispute Resolution Design:
       i)     Identify the Problem(s)
       ii)    Develop an Action Plan;
       iii)    Implementation of the Action Plan;
       iv)    Evaluate and Monitor the Plan.
  • Serve as the Coordinator and/or Project manager to ensure successful results.
