Similar to interest-based resolution, one could expect greater stakeholder acceptance when they have actual participation in system design;
4 Step Dispute Resolution Design: i) Identify the Problem(s) ii) Develop an Action Plan;
iii) Implementation of the Action Plan; iv) Evaluate and Monitor the Plan.
Serve as the Coordinator and/or Project manager to ensure successful results.
