Cost Control
Flat rate fees are easier for the consumer to control than hourly rated fees and are more focused on results and service. They help Craig Murray Resolutions to maintain neutrality and in most cases, the application fee is credited towards the mediation.
Application fees are not intended to cover al facilitation services. The application fee is set at a low flat fee to allow the applying party to engage our service without it appearing to the other parties that we are anyone’s agents.
On all our fees, approximately one-third is applied to the facilitation services and two-thirds to the mediation event and support services.
