Craig Murray Resolutions will contact the invited party (through their counsel or othrwise) and other parties about the file to:

Assess when it will be ready for settlement;

Determine interest in, and experience with mediation;

Plan information exchange and undertaking responses;

Seek timing commitments for settlement proposals, direct negotiations (including settlement
conferences) and a mediation date.

What you can expect:

Greater clarity about parties’ intentions and timing for settlement and mediation,

An action plan with time commitments for information exchange and settlement initiatives,

A strategy to integrate your settlement activities with the mediation initiatives to achieve resolution.
